Insight
People avoid health apps because they associate them with illness rather than everyday well-being. The key was to reposition KlikDokter as a proactive lifestyle tool, not just a reactionary service.

The Idea
Through the Jaga Sehatmu campaign, we introduced playful, character-driven content that personified health issues in a lighthearted and entertaining way. This approach made preventative health care feel approachable—encouraging daily use of KlikDokter.
